SC: Nice work coaching up your runners. Solid workouts while mostly running easy.
JQ: Solid 20.20 mile long run. You are crushing the miles with your doubles. A friend of mine (who paced me to my first BQ) runs the Modesto Marathon every year and says he loves it. He says that Modesto is cheap, flat, and fast and he has been trying to get me to come up to race it.
OR: Even with a literal pain in the butt you are still crushing your runs. Always finishing strong!
HHW: Solid week of recovery from your calf issues. Do you think elliptical is the best cross training for running?
LancRunner: Still got in some quality miles even with all of the travel. Nice!
RunnerFC: Welcome back to the RR&T thread.
GFMAH: Way to gradually work yourself back into it after the hip issues.
Guy Broman: Nice way to easing back into your training.
GT: Some very tough running in tough outside conditions.
Coyote Montane: Hope you continue to recover smoothly from that SI joint problem.
pewow: What kind of yoga do you do? I have thinking about adding some yoga to help with injury prevention.
THOUGHTSLEADER: Thanks for bringing back good memories of running around the Jackie Onassis Reservoir in Manhattan. I think I went indoors though during the winter months in NYC.
Sub-6: Solid 4 mile tempo! Did you see Spencer Brown aka the Athlete Special from Youtube running with the group of Gtown kids?
GNR: Solid week of training. Are you going by a modified form of Hanson's Marathon Method?
AJ: Congratulations on crushing it at that mile race for a big PR. Solid week of training.. we both hit 88 miles last week.
RRR: Solid week of strength training. You are going to be built like a triathlete after all of this.
Smoove: Congratulations on the new job!
Illinoisrunner: Solid progression tempo run.
darkwave: Looks like you handled your hamstring issues very intelligently. Glad to hear you are recovering and will still be able to race Houston.
RunnerSam: welcome back to running.
moke: I am sure the 75 degrees F and winds were a big reason you couldn't hit your goals. Just bad weather conditions to be racing in.
stat: Nice back to back track speed workout and steady long run.
Still Improving: Nice long run after that trip to WDW. Looks like you kept some of your fitness with all of the walking around the parks.
BHViking: Solid week of GA running.
Tyler: Nice intervals workouts and long run. What is your time goal for Boston?
Coach Jeff: Enjoy your taper and good luck this weekend in the race.
HHH Runner: Welcome back to serious training.
DietBacon: solid pacing for your workouts and steady runs. Probably smart to take those days off if you weren't feeling well enough to get workouts in.
drcrusher: All of those tough miles in the wind will pay off in your races.
Runn3Rgrl: Crushed that 5K and the 5x1 workout. Looking strong for sub-2:45 at Houston.
Powsloke: I think I need to slow down my easy runs after seeing your training. My half and full PR's are slower than yours but I am running my easy runs much faster.
mikemike: nice Q1 workout. Always important to listen to your body to prevent full blown overtraining injuries.
