You do not all the fancy stuff. In the end you look to some specific data, hr, cadance, speed, distance, recovery time, etc.
All the cheap starter watches have it. Personally I switched from Garmin to Polar. No regrets.
1. I’m running in SoCal so no cold weather.
2. Don’t need to post runs to social media.
3. Sounds like the 245 is the top vote getter.
