Understand, but your 800 is your limiting factor. Regardless of your longer times, running 4:20 with only a 2:05 best is in my opinion, next to impossible.
I general I wouldn't think a 2:05 guy would run 4:20 for a mile - I was 1:57.5/4:20 - but for a real slow-twitch distance guy it might be possible. I did know an English guy who was a world-class distance runner in the 1960s who had virtually no speed. He couldn't break 2:00 for a half mile, but ran a 4:06 mile.
You need a very rare physiology to do that, though.
