What? That’s like 77 miles per week every single week? I hope you are amazingly fast.

I should finish at ~1180. Less than I wanted, but I got a couple small injuries and some life stuff sidelined me. Definitely hobby jogger mileage. Hoping to hit double that next year.
I'll be at about 2,345 miles for the year (thanks to strava this will be the first year I have complete mileage totals since college). Did over 100 bike rides as well (mountain and road). This is probably one of my best years in my 30s, and ended with a 2:50 marathon without doing any speed work.
Still trying to figure out what running in mid-life looks like. Did a few 70+ mile weeks, but not sure how sustainable that is, as I spend a good half of the year with some minor injuries. We'll see how I hold up in building to Boston in 2020.
I'm at 1560 right now. Hobby Jogger. Fifty years old. No injuries.
0. I ran zero miles. I don't run.
around 7 megameters
About 400. Given I started the year with an IT band injury and gave birth in October, I'll take it. Back up to 2 mile runs this week.
will get around 1520+ miles for 2019, don't race much anymore, body is too beat up and training to race leads to injury.
Only goal still trying to meet is getting to 100,000 career miles, still have about 17,000 to go, slowly but surely.
Started running in 1975 in HS Cross. Ran 1523 that year. Will finish 2019 with just over 2600. This is the least miles I’ve run since 1975.
Somewhere between 1,800 and 2,000.
I'm really injury prone, so even when I'm not injured I'm chillin at 50-60 mpw with cross training
3950
PRs from 800m-15km this calendar year
I got 1317
Just passed 2500 miles, highest since 2013 very inconsistent except for 2 marathon build ups, 32y/o
marathon 2:30
Half 1:13 (horrible weather)
10k 33min (hilly)
3917 miles with a couple of days to go. [ 48yo, ran a couple of 2.34 marathons this year, PBs at 5k, 10k, 10 miles, HM too. ]
For reference as the OP
5k: 19:18
10k 41:03
half- 1:33
in my 1485 year I ran a 3:29 marathon debut.
Wondering if I need more miles or to incorporate speed work to get some serious 2020 PRs, certainly open to suggestions.
Ended up at 3,924.
Probably around 500, down from 2000+ last year. On the plus side, i actually look like a man now.
2716 miles, with 1970 of that in the second half of the year. I spent most of the first six months of 2019 injured and cross training about an hour per day.
Since October I've been averaging about 100 mpw. Hope to keep that momentum going throughout 2020!
