Just a touch under 3,100 with a couple days to go. I am retired (age 63) and have time on my hands to do more, but tried to focus on quality followed by rest/recovery days.

1,190 miles so far, so probably will be just over 1,200 total for the year.
Perspective one, 2/3 of that was on trails, fwiw.
Perspective two, I also skied 3,164km (1,966 miles), split about 75-25 between snow and rollerskiing. I'm really more of a nordic skier first these days.
Will be around 3,320 miles. I was surprised to see that I’ve had around 30 days off this year, certainly didn’t feel like that but room to improve next year.
It’s been a good year with PBs at 3000, 5000 and 10000 on the track and 5k, 10k, half and marathon on the roads. Hoping for a big PB in the marathon in April.
I ran just north of 6000km this year (just about 3750 miles).
2633 miles of pounding the pavement this year! Dinged my foot a couple weeks ago but we’ll get em next time.
Only around 1260, which I'm not happy about. I averaged around 2,000 for close to 50 years but a heart attack and some hip issues have knocked that down to this level.
Is anyone else thinking that this thread would be way better with what times people also ran this year? Not for the purpose of shitting on people running a lot and not racing that fast (though I am positive that is what it would devolve into). But it would be cool to look for any correlation.
Would reckon miles by the race, not the year. Once you race, you know how effective your mileage was.
Assuming I get in a few more runs this year, I'll crack the 630 mile barrier. But almost half of those were from October onward. Ramping back up from injuries.
Will finish a little over 3,800 total miles
Ran even paced 3:05 at grandmas, blew up into a 3:04 at CIM. Ran a 1:26 HM in June
Lots of slow miles. Not enough speed work ?
1940 kms so 1200 miles. Up from 1300 the year before.
My goal was for 2000 kms in the year, which I was set to easily surpass, but I hurt my toe in the first week of December and haven’t ran since. So, i ran less than 35k this month.
Beginning of the year was dealing with shin splints (I think) and a new job so my mileage wasn’t great, but then really got it going training for a fall marathon. Picked things up after the fall marathon, but then injured ?.
