This is obviously not a warm up and I know (I just did not look at my watch and the pace just felt super chill). Obviously will try to cool it in the future.

Stomach issues and did not feel good. Had to cut the run short.

One of those grindy workouts but got it done. After the first 6 miles the workout felt really chill. Just had to get past the first part.

Took day off due to slight calf pain. Did do a 1 mileish hike.
Total miles: 51ish
Had a really good workout this week but a combination of a calf pain that I felt after Saturdays run and some stomach issues during Thursdays run made me miss some miles. My 10K tune up is this upcoming Saturday so I decided to be smart and take Sunday and Monday off due to the calf pain I felt on my 14 miler the past Saturday (2/29). I will take Tuesday off if needed. I think I have already put the work in so need to get injured. The calf pain is very minor and I do not think it will be an issue before my race.
