That's just f***ing beautiful..same substance that cost Ben Johnson a track and field Olympic Gold Medal costs the prima donna baseball player a 10 day suspension.
Baseball is for sissies..they won't even play in the rain.

I do believe that Clemons has more ethics than that.
You're a f***ing idiot.
why the f*** would he even take winstrol? that is just straight up arrogance. i mean at least try an undetectable steriod. winny has been around since forever...
Rafael is a liar liar pants on fire!
How did he stay so small then?
This is the drug that Ben Johnson tested positive for in the 1988 Olympics.
Ditto-fry him.
Can someone answer this, "How does it accidently happen?" I agree with everyone FRY his @$$...But he still gets my vote for the Hall of Shame, What a LOSER!
The article I read said he didnt lift much so he wouldnt get big..it still made him stronger and quicker
What about Clemens? He was on the downslide the last 4 years he was in Boston. Then he goes to Toronto and has a new body, and wasn't Canseco there at the same time?
Now he is lights out at 43, who gets better as an ahtlete at that age?

I don't know if I would count Clemons in on this deal. Although I had my speculations that Palmeiro wasn't on the juice and was proved wrong, I do believe that Clemons has more ethics than that. Also, if he wasn't mentioned in Canseco's book, than he obviously turned Canseco down on the deal. I just hope he didn't use em' otherwise I will have no hope for baseball.
Clemens wouldn't do that, he has just gained weight as he has gotten older. Also, a bulking steroid won't really help a pitcher.

Agreed. Everyone has been focusing on the hitters but I think in the end pitchers will have an equal amount, if not bigger percentage of cheaters. You already mentioned Clemens and I agree, but I think there are a lot of lesser guys who owe their careers to juice. I think an example of this is ex Cub closer Joe Borowski, who was a lifelong minor leaguer and was playing in the Mexican leagues then BOOM, he saves over 30 games for the Cubs one year, then suddenly loses velocity and is constantly injured before getting released this year.
BFan-
Borowski was clocked between 95-96 mph a few days ago while pitching for Florida. He could not hit the strike zone for shit and his pitches had no movement.
His velocity, however, was fine.
Any decent high schooler could catch up with straight pitches that are fast, but it takes a good hitter to hit pitches that are moving constantly.
Tell me the last time Maddux hit 90 on the gun, but try to hit that guy.
Just a thought...
I think that clock needs to be checked.

As a fan, I don't think it possible to know much about the ethics of a professional athlete. Everything that you hear from them is guarded and mulled over. As far as Clemens goes, he seemes to have an obsession with winning and a very short temper. He kind of reminds me of another prominant Texas transplant.
Baseball is so freaking corrupt. They need a salary cap... when people have limitless revenue they can afford things like steroids.

Yeah, a salary cap will get rid of steroids.
If this is true, I can see why Raffy did not name the substance.
I still wish MLB would officially release such information.
