I don't know how much time you've already taken, but I've had success taking one full week of absolutely nothing, and then the first week back I'll run four out of the seven days, and do absolutely nothing on those three other days. Then I get back into the everyday training. Your body needs time off, and your brain needs it too. You'll grow stronger in the long run if you let yourself completely recover from that full week off.
