So I hate taking time off from training. But I know I need to. So I was wondering if it would be a bad thing that instead of running everyday this week I run Monday Wednesday friday. 6 miles each day at like 7 to 7 and a half pace then maybe 2 or 3 days I bike 10-15 miles (i bike a decent amount so it's not too strenuous) I want to be recovered but I also dont want to do nothing for those days.
