Week 2 (Winter) Dec 29-Jan 4th
Monday Dec 29-Weights :) 10x20 kettlebell swings(20lb) lunges 5x20 4x16 squats w/bar(45lb)
Tuesday Dec 30- 5 miles easy, 2 mile WU/CD. Pretty hard pace to keep up, about 8:10 or so, and 8:30 for the cooldown. Not sore at all. Felt like throwing up. 10 hours of sleep 2 liters of water.
Friday January 2- 4 miles easy, 2 mile WU/CD. I was really slow today, about 8:20 average per mile. 8:50 on WU/CD. Sore, felt like throwing up. 9 hours of sleep, 3 liters of water.
Saturday Jan 3- 3 miles easy, 2 mile WU/CD. Super good run! Started about 8:05 pace 2nd mile at 7:45, and last at 6:40 pace. I almost threw up a bunch but it was fun. Made it back first. 11 hours of sleep, 3 liters of water.
Total:24 miles!
Note:Consistency is key to running faster. Also water intake.
