Sounds like Josh Hoey was injured for six months after signing in 2018 and probably was injured this summer again because I didn't see any results. A shame he didn't follow through with his Oregon commitment, even with the Powells leaving.
He ran 1:47.67 indoors, and 2:24 in high school, so he's obviously a huge talent.
