no i was feeling good thru generally the first two miles but felt like shit the last two. I was getting tight my stomach was twisted..the usually symptons.

No one with a 4:22 mile could do a 4 mile run going out in 4:32 and still hanging on for 5:03 and 5:04 for the middle 2.
