injured with stress fracture. started running on thursday for 10 mins. would like to see how fast i can run a 5k as my goal first before doing a half marathon/full. let me know. I got injured in 2/1/19 around 55 miles per week and think I just increased mileage too much by 10%. In high school I would go 5% every three weeks and never had any issues. The most Ive ever ran in a single week was 80 miles and that was in Fall of 2017.
