Stopped running 10 years ago because of busy life. Back then I ran 2.11/4.26/16.50, with some pretty basic training of 60-70 km/week, with some top weeks of 110 km/week. I'm dreaming of PR'ing, at least in 5k+. I did so many things wrong back then, and I was pretty heavy.
I've now started to do easy running with some strides, and I'm now at the level of 70 km/week. Trying to make it to solid 110-120 km/week this year. In the spring I'll start some hill reps and then more detailed Daniels program.
Is this hopeless, or can it be done?
