I've done one Marathon on little to no training and ran a 2:52
Doing NYC in the fall... what do you think I should shoot for?
#1- road half marathon (flat course) in 1:16:50
#2 - 5 mi tempo @ 5:27 pace, last 2 miles at 5:10 - did this workout a few days before half marathon
#3 - long tempo on gravel roads @ 6:11 pace
I am thinking 2:40-2:45 might be possible, but wanted to see what you think
