Is it possible for me to break the 5 minute mile, I got 4 months left to train for track season and I am on 20-30 miles per week and my PB's are 5k - 18:30.3 and I need to get under 5, so any training advice?

4:58, but then I got injured last year
You’ve gone sub-5 before.
You can do it again.

This is possible if your 5k pb is 18:30, just build up the base until track season starts. Up the mileage to 40+ with a long run of at least 90 min once a week and two runs of at least an hour each. Take 1-2 days off a week and keep it all conversational pace. Throw in some strides if you feel like it. Do that for the next 3 months (maybe build up to a 2 hour run) and you'll be well on track to break 5.
I don’t believe that anyone has ever run a sub 5 mile clean.

I don't believe anybody who has run sub 5 goes to LRC asking whether it were possible to run sub 5.
Sub 5 doesn't just happen.
