- 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 @ 81, 2:49, 4:26, 5:46, 4:11, 5:32, 4:04, 2:33, 65 with rest = half previous rep time (I was good about not cheating)
- 4mi tempo @ 6:10, this was a month ago, haven't done enough of these
I'm doing club XC in college so this is more for fun but I thought I'd consult the GRC collective intelligence before the UVA invite next week.
