Tapering for my first marathon. Earlier this week I felt sluggish, hungry and tired. The last 2 days I’ve felt quite rested and good overall. Antsy to run fast but I made myself keep my short run pretty easy today. The race is in 3 days. I don’t ever remember feeling this much energy 3 days before a race before. I wonder if I “over-tapered” and will actually be losing fitness in the next 3 days.
