I have a 10K this Sunday and am entering the last month of my HM training plan.
Tomorrow's workout calls for a 2x4 mile run at HM goal pace and i'm thinking that might be a bit much for having a 10K race Sunday based on how I have felt.
I've been putting in 60+ weeks for about 3 months now and don't see myself recovering 100% by Sunday.
Any suggestions on a tried and true workout that won't leave me dragging come Sunday?
