I really hope that his foot is healed for the final, because that can do some real damage if you haven't run barefoot your whole life. Paul Chelimo thrives on doubt. What he should know is that he looked like he was a step slow this year because, as he said, he wasn't able to train consistently because of family obligations. My hope then was that closer to world's that would no longer be an issue and that he would round into form. He seems to be in great form right now. Good luck in the finals! He should contend unless Ethiopia uses their auto qualifier to pace the race and it is too fast for his liking. Looks unlikely they will do that, so he'll be there in a bumper car derby at the end.
