Point is humans contribute to greenhouse gases. This has caused sea levels to rise and the other problems I mentioned.
I'm not drawing a false conclusion by stating this, nor am I saying things are worse now in comparison to years past
in terms of the things I mentioned.
I'm stating these things are realities of greenhouse gases.
I think it's best (this has been done already, surely) to look at data from say 60-200k years ago and go from there.
That's the approximate amount of time humans have been around. For 99.999% of that time, we walked around.
Then we learned to ride horses not so long ago.
Only in the last few hundred years did we create a steam engine, gasoline fuelled engine, etc.
We industrialized and it had it's benefits. Now is the time to be more efficient and think long term about the environment and our effects on it.
