Double went...okay. About 15:28 and 33:26, but hard to judge due to the preposterous downhill: +68’/-270’ for 5k, and +131’/-332’ for 10k. So adding 20” per mile for the first two miles (where the drop is) gets more like 16:08 and 34:06, which is an all right workout. 10k started an hour after the 5k.
