A lot of the segment so by me have really good times as there's a few races in my valley each year and one of them is quite prestigious in this area ( tour of Tameside ) as Dr Ron Hill had his name associated with it .
There's one 800m uphill (3-4%) I got 2nd on the other day , missed KOM by 5secs . But it was an easy tempo run where I went a bit harder for the segment .
If I just went and ran the segment I'd probably knock a fair bit of time off. But I feel like the segment should match the run to some extent .
The other segment near me is a lake which is about 2.5 mile . I was using it for tempos and got to 10th. There's 5 mins between 10th and KOM though! Some good runners use it too.
