for sure. both sub 50 relay splits. maybe sub 49.
Armory girls!
52"8 does not suggest sub 49 in a 4*400.
Sydney has run plenty of 49. splits. If she gets fit enough to break the hurdles record she is not far off from high 48.
Have ever actually bothered to look at or tried jumping over the hurdles set at women’s 400m height? You don’t even have to jump—it’s so insanely low you don’t even need to alter your speed in the slightest.

It seems to me the ladies do actually have to hurdle. If men ran with hurdles at this height it might be different.
Sydney has recorded fast 400 times, I'm not sure when the last time Muhammed ran a great 400 if ever. Edwin Moses only split 45.5 when he ran a leg on the 4x400 at the world champs even though he was in low 47 400h shape.
Looking at the time schedule for World Championships, it is probably not a good idea for either M to run in the prelim round of the 4 x 400. There is enough rest for the Ms to run in the Finals; assuming the team advances to the finals.
