This is my 4th year of collegiate xc, and I've ran every single race in the history of my running career in spikes.
Never owned a pair of flats in my life, but I was wondering if anyone ever ran a few cross races in flats, and how they thought the whole ordeal went?
Does it help in preventing injuries? I've always felt faster in spikes, and does running in flats take that edge of confidence away?
