Professor: Currently Sweden is in the midst of a cultural demographic transformation of monumental proportions due to mass migration that might very well cause the unravelling of Swedish society.

Sheri Berman, Political Science professor at Columbia University (NYC),, is a Swedish society expert with extensive writings since 1980s. She concludes this Nordic country Sweden is being societally transformed as no country in the world has ever before.

With recently at the Gothenburg Book Fair, Berman informed reporters Today, your society looks dramatically different. It is a completely different country. The demographic change that Sweden has undergone in recent years is quite incredible.

Eight of the ten municipalities that received the most asylum seekers in 2015 have higher unemployment than the national average and all ten have a higher proportion of the population living on welfare. One can fully expect the later migrants after 2015 to have even lower Swedish employment, and even higher Swedish welfare rates.

Now academic economist Per Lundborg instructs the solution to the problem: Construct a Swedish economy that has more simple and low-skilled jobs, not requiring the education or extensive training that are lacked by low-skilled migrants “Sweden is one of the most high-tech countries in the world, where we streamline simpler jobs. Therefore, the knowledge gap is too large for many of the refugee immigrants who come here,”

Sweden experienced yet another overly violent weekend. Several explosions and literally dozens of cars were set on fire.

A hair salon was blown up in the city of Märsta, which caused massive material damage. Shortly before this explosion, 19 ordinary cars were set on fire (torched) in this same city. Police say currently no one is arrested.

In the multicultural city of Malmö an explosive device was detonated inside a manhole on the street, blowing off the cover.

Rounding up, a number of cars were set on fire all over Sweden. In the Stockholm-area of Tyresö 7-8 cars were set on fire. Pictures show these cars were totally destroyed by the flames. Södertälje city was luckier, only 6 cars were set on fire (again photos showed the cars destroyed). Finally, only 5 cars were set on fire in the city of Oskarshamn. There were additional reports of cars being set on fire in the city of Borås.

Agreed. I’m swedish myself and these things have been totally blown out of proportion to fit some international narrative that Sweden is being destroyed by immigrants. Not that everything is well in Sweden though.

You only need to look at the actual statistics and compare it to any major city in the US. I'm not even trying to rip on the US or anything, but if you posted an article for every violent crime that occurred in a single major US city you'd have a full-time job. It'd look like the world is ending.

I can't speak to any actual issues. But you can paint any picture you want by posting a bunch of singular incidents.

Why should a good stable country make things much worse for themselves by taking in mass quantities of a disruptive people who won't follow your rules, or assimilate, and will do what they can to impose on you their way of living (which is not good)? It's not like Sweden will solve any world problem in any way by doing such.

When someone is trying to prevent an issue as being much worse than it is in reality, it makes me question their motives.

Sounds like you don't live in the affected areas and or have no daughters, so it's all good. Those that do get assaulted or intimidated in their communities should just suck it up right?
