Good one, Greg. How appropriate the verse to what';s going on now:
"And I went down to the demonstration
To get my fair share of abuse
Singing, "We're gonna vent our frustration
If we don't we're gonna blow a fifty-amp fuse""

Yep thanks for sharing the lyrics. I think most people can figure why I posted this song.
death was only sleep
death held no pain
death was gentle
death was release
death was in me
death was part
life was all awake
life held choking pain
life was rough
life was capture
life had left me
life was void
I don't agree with the list, but AcclaimedMusic.net has a list of the Top 10,000 Songs Ever based on combining a ton of critics' lists:
http://www.acclaimedmusic.net/year/alltime_songs.htm
"Like a Rolling Stone" by Dylan is #1, followed by "Smells Like Teen Spirit," "A Day in the Life," "Good Vibrations," and "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction." I do love me some Dylan, but "Visions of Johanna" will always be my favorite Dylan song.
My personal FAVORITE song is "Don't Worry Baby" by the Beach Boys (#230 on the list I posted, by the way). If I had to choose an object BEST song ever, honestly, I could see choosing "Like a Rolling Stone." It also topped Rolling Stone's Top 500 Greatest Songs list. This is, of course, omitting longer works, like classical symphonies, etc.
Runaway - Kanye West
