My songs Dark Eyes and Alive are available as free downloads right now.
Get them while they are available and put them on your .mp3 players and iPods!
Surprised more people aren't talking about them.. Get them while they are available!
HEy Greg, you open to any feedback on those two songs?
Sure, post the comments on YouTube.
Or here.. I don't think they are super but they're the best I've got at the moment. Can't change them right now.
Production could be better, in Dark Eyes some of the chords I hit on the keyboard are a little out of synch..
Vocals a little off in places I think in Alive.. They are the best I've got right now.
This song is most important to me right now:
Greg, not bad. Definitely shows some promise and well crafted. I would keep going. To my ear, i keep waiting for a little more feeling to get infused into the works. Some exploration. You lay down a groove that holds its own, but it never really kicks in or builds. Nor goes the other way and gets softer.
The first 39 seconds of the first song is too disparate amongst the various elements and doesn't sound nearly as good as the rest of the song.
Keep up the good work, and eager to see where it brings you!
Thanks for the tips. Alive is a bit lacking, I agree with that. It is what it is.
I believe I may have posted this song already. I enjoy it and it says to me
that I am working on my project. I've been down that I haven't gotten that
phone call or email about my television project. I've learned to trick my mind into believing it's already moving forward and this song reminds me of that.
Also learning to fly by Tom Petty
THANK YOU MR. CEO
My songs Alive and Dark Eyes are back on YouTube.
Why aren't they on commercial radio?
I don't think many people have called in to their favorite stations to request them.

Hey just mentioning that if you really did enjoy it and would like to hear it on commercial radio,
please contact your favorite radio station and request Dark Eyes.
Dark Eyes is actually a cover and this is my rendition. The cruise ship photo in the background
was taken while I did one of two cruise contracts as a piano player. Subtley, I am stating that
my eyes are dark towards the cruise industry for their treatment of some of their workers.
I noticed a lot of what seemed to be exploitation on the ship ( 12 hour days was the norm for many, a day off was till a 6 hour day)
As a musician, I was privileged and treated quite well. Didn't feel right to be in that environment with people who worked like dogs. My cruise contract changed my view on things in some ways. Opened my eyes.
So, again, if you would kindly call your fav. radio station and request Dark Eyes, and share with your friends/family, that would be much appreciated and help me as an artist. That's asking a lot and I don't expect you to do it, but if you feel the inclining to do so, I would be grateful.
And I've posted this song before but I'll post it again.
Sometimes on this board, it feels like people are coming into my territory, so I have to fend them off.
This song reminds me of that:
I have to fight for what I believe in like those Indians.
This next song reminds me of conquering any obstalce in my path, destroying anything that interferes with my path in life.
I am a winner and winners form their own destiny. They are not set off course.
Lyrics not my favorite but I dig the music
