Justin Robinson, a junior from Hazelwood West out of St Louis, ran 44.84 today at the Great Southwest Classic.
A couple weeks ago, he tripled the 100, 200, 400 at the Missouri state meet. The meet was moved to one day because of tornado damage in Jefferson City. He had to run prelims in both the 100/200, and I believe those events were back to back. In the finals, he won the 100m in 10.56 with a -0.8 wind, won the 200m in 21.96 in a -2.3 wind, and won the 400m in 46.30.
I guess this is what he is capable of without a crazy race schedule.
