I have tried long runs, but they doesn’t help me in half marathon or less. Only in full. Normal intervals makes me injured. So is this okay or will it shorten my “career”?

Six workouts a week sounds like a poor approach for someone who gets injured a lot. Try one tempo and one fartlek, and look for something else if you need another workout. Hills, maybe, or something else that adds variety. But not six workouts a week.
Coaches call people like you “non-responders.” Best to enjoy running but quit trying to improve. Really there’s not much you can ever do to get better.
You might as well do cross fit if you get injured easily on pure running. What are your PRs? No wonder you are getting injured if it’s in your mentality to do six workouts a week.
Monday: 60 min fartlek
Tuesday: 1 hour of swimming and 1 hour of gym
Wednesday: Long run at easy or moderate pace + 10 relaxed strides
Thursday: 2 hours of cycling at 15 mph or faster on a hilly route
Friday: Same as Tuesday + Plyometrics
Saturday: 30 minutes at a hard tempo pace + 3x200 at almost all out after a 90 sec walk break
Sunday: off, cross train, do whatever
Would something like that work for you?^
I see nothing wrong with it.
To paraphrase Steve Jones on a running podcast when talking about training, "people now call them tempo runs, I tempo everyday". Nothing wrong with doing several tempo runs a week or fartlek runs(fartlek in the original meaning of the word).
Been running for 1,5 years. Pr in 3k is 11:13, 10k 38:xx, half is 1:13 and 2:47 in full. Been hiking during children years.
Only one of the workouts are high intensity. I do two in one day

This can be okay. Part of the trick to such an approach is to not schedule the "tempos" too rigidly. Go when you feel good, keep it easy as needed.
