What is meant by, "but from what has been told and written never this double fast intervals in the same day. " He doesn't clarify what isn't told about it. And excuse my French, but who TF knows what is the " perfect individual pace". There is no such thing, due to many different variables, X pace will be a bit difference. Training is a stress stimulus. Different ways of running will stress certain aspects more than other aspects. And your main distance will dictate how you should train. A peaking workout for a 800, 1500 and 5000 will be different.
