You sure love to talk about my song for someone who claims not to like it.

There's some suggestion that a colder body temperature increases life span. So staying colder may help males live 12% longer and females 20% longer. To maximixe the effects, its best to run shirtless and with the skimpiest shorts you can find. ;)

Time to start monetizing it. Can't let all those people get good stuff like that for free.
.
You can't totally combat aging, but you can stay fit by continuing to compete in a sport at the highest level you can and eating healthy. There are histories of Mithradates V, a king of the Black Sea region in Rome's time leading armies and fighting in battle against the Romans in his 60s. Some of the Diadochi, Alexander the Great's successor kings fought in battle into their 60s and 70s. In that age, it was tradition for kings to lead from the front. Today we see athletes setting masters records and competing as masters. These are people who led physical lives and kept in shape. The problem is that modern day society with its vehicular commutes and 40 hours a week jobs, very few of which are truly active don't lead to good health in old age. The key is to keep training at a sport, like you are much younger while recognizing you're going to train slower and not get as good of results as your body breaks down. You have to set realistic goals but train hard to hit them.
Added 1lb weight and 1% of bodyfat from age 40-50.
Benh press max stayed the same 230lbs, but loss 6" on standing long jump. Now at 7 1/2 feet.
800m from 2:01 to 2:08 40-50.
Lost just .6 of a sec ond on 200m time.
42 pullups continuous, down 8 since age 40.
Age 40 Flexibility= touch just past toes to floor. Age 50 need to warmup and stretch for a bit before being able to touch floor.
Body looks the same, but more winkles on face !!
Next 10 years I am sure aging will increase at a quicker pace.
Ed Whitlock was an amazing older runner but died at age 86 while George Burns smoked cigars and lived to 100.
Anyway, do we really need people living longer?
They better be working longer and producing longer, otherwise they are just sucking up resources of the young producers.

Did you watch it 11 times in a row?
Lots of great advice in there.
How come so many of you losers post anonymously?
Why does a dog lick his balls?
This is what I watch to feel young as fukk - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVXsHej-OYU. Some things never age. I hope to be one of them.
You wouldn't say what you're saying with a registered handle because
you're too chicken sh*t to say it.
Hair isn't grey, junior, but what do I care if that's how you see it.
Male pattern baldness affects many men.
You should really get a life.
If you have nothing positive to say, get off the thread and do something with your life, idiot.
Move your body a lot
Have hopes for something really good.
the rest is details.

+1000 on all of these, especially 'Get uncomfortable'; it's really good for you! (Read Wim Hof)
To these I would add some things with direct impact on the mind/spirit and as such a
direct impact on the body as well:
If at all possible, do not work a job requiring a long commute, a job you hate, or (ack) both.
Love someone or something more than yourself
Ruminate very little on yourself, much on others
Cultivate the ability to be happy with relatively few material possessions.
Works for me; I'm 60 and am told I look 40 on a regular basis. Not protection against being
diagnosed with cancer in a year but so far so good.

You're going to go off one day, Greg. Mark my words.

You actually look as if you have a dead grey squirrel glued to your head. Definitely grey, with lots of scalp showing through. Nice look!
Hard to say much that is positive on an anti-aging thread with an OP who looks like a 56 year old vegan...
.
Oh and it might be an idea to post videos with a few more than 3 pixels in the frame. Mind you, with out the blurred-focus, you will probably look even older!
