A CBA 'Legend' who has done absolutely nothing at Michigan. Is he still on the roster?
Typical CBA making threads about themselves... Not hard to average 4:15 when your a private school that can recruit. Look at what their recent grads have done in college... Nothing. Look at where they place at NXN... Towards the back. Stop acting like your legends.
@nice thread
It’s still hard. If there is any school you’re going to call legendary it’s CBA. Where did you go to school? SCRUBS ACADEMY!?

too bad they'll all have crappy careers in college due to all the overtraining
You don't overtrain your way to PB's. If the kids stop improving in college its because the college coach overtrained them not because the high school coach overtrained them.
How does 4:18 as your 5th man look historically against some of the better track HS team?

wrong
I don't need to carry around in my mind a series of high school acronyms. Just state the full name in your subject heading and then feel free to use acronyms.
For those keeping score, CBA just averaged 1:59.23 with five guys for the 800m. Their 3200 and 1600 averages are impressive, but this might be their best yet. Anyone know what this would rank all time?

Well seeing as the hs 4x8 record is 7:28 and it’s fairly new, I would think a 5 man avg of 1:59 is pretty doable. Plenty of 7:30s as well. The mile and 2 mile avgs for CBA are much more impressive. In 05 when I was a freshman in hs we had a 5 man avg of 1:58 indoors. And 2 of us were freshman.

If you're on LR (let's run) just a little you know what LV, GO, CBA are.

And they got beat at NXN by Mounds View by 5 points, and it was Mounds View’s first NXN outing.

Pretty impressive! Same 5 guys averaged 9:14 for 3200m as well according to the article

impressive does anyone know what their training may look like? Would be good to see what is the reason behind their success.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
