If anti-doping isn't vigorous then it is merely tokenism - and much of it is, as the numbers generally caught are but a fraction of those believed to be doping. So, again, the level of doping - anywhere - is a reflection of how poor anti-doping generally is. As the Jamaican whistleblower Renee Ann Shirley has said,"doping is present in all sports at elite levels and in all countries - with the active collusion of sports governance bodies."
I've mischaracterised you - yes, you are a 'doping denier in drag', but more like a climate-change denier, who continually acknowledges the existence of the problem while dismissing its real import, so your audience is led into thinking you have serious concerns when you don't.
