Yes Coevett, I have said that Willis' progression is suspicious, and explained why, but no, I have not said that it is "evidence that he doped" as you falsely and repeatedly claimed.
Similarly, I have said that many people dope, and provided evidence for that not that "EVERYBODY dopes" as you falsely and repeatedly claimed, often in capitalized letters.
Willis, for example, could hypothetically have started training seriously at age 30ish, or added sit-ups or box jumps etc.
For the 2nd part, I was responding to your hypothetical question, actually agreeing with you:
