Sir Mo's kit is ridiculous. Looks like some hobbyjogger who's made a mad dash to get on the tail of the leaders so he can be seen on the telly!

Kosgei/Cheruiyot just went 4:57 for mile 18 as Dereje was dropped, and now Kosgei is attacking and has opened a gap of 5m on Cheruiyot.
Kosgei''s last 5K was 15:39.

Sisson moves up to 8th at 30K, on pace for 2:23:02. Possibly fastest debut ever for an American. Up on Molly by 40 seconds. Molly still on pace for a big PR, though
men around 20 k
At 30k, Sisson is 8th at 1:41:41 (2:23:02 pace)
Molly Huddle in 10th at 1:42:21 (2:23:58 pace)
Sisson is just two seconds off American debut record pace. Huddle on track for a big PR.
sisson in front of huddle by 40 seconds
58.25 @20k for lead men
30km Emily Sisson (US) 1:41:41
What pace are the men running?
Is Kipchoge not "going for it"? If he was then he'd be all alone.
Is the goal 2:03 here?
58 25 20 km 2h2 pace
Sisson should’ve/could’ve stayed with the lead pack through halfway... it was ahead of their planned pace. Probably wanted to stay with Molly so hung back. Hopefully she still finishes top ten though. I think she will.
Huddle will go back to the track for 2020. Jmo. 10k is her best event.
