In running a marathon, how much does even like two seconds per mile make in terms of tiring you out more? E.g, if I am targeting 6:45 a mile, but run like 6:43 a mile, will this really make a difference?
Also, if you end up below your per mile pace for that specific mile, should you still run the average mile pace that you are aiming for for each mile, or should you slow down to get some rest, as you will still be able to hit the average mile pace that you want for that mile?
