this thread will show my training leading up to were i plan to run a 9:30 3k 3 months ago i ran a 10:16 3k on a flat indoor track i think right now I'm in about 9:50 to 10:00 3k shape some workouts i have done recently for reference 4x1k at 3:17
separate workout 3x800m at 3:39 2 minute rest between reps then 3 minute rest then 3x400m at 1:12 with 60 second rest between reps then 2x200m at 32. Does anyone think i will be able to run a 9:30 this summer and if so any tips will be helpful at all. I will start a new thread every week with the same title showing you my training so far.
