To the OP, you obviously have no clue about the effects of aging on the body. I hope you only hang out at that gym and don't work there. I guarantee you'll be slower and weaker at 60 than you are now. I don't care how much you train. And to the guy who says his 51 year old running buddy runs a 5:01 and benches 300 lbs.
