I'm forever grateful for Flotrack to let us have a free clip someone filmed on their phone.
Well worth the tens of thousands of dollars they charge a month.

It is neither fulfilling or impressive.

If a 49.6 relay split in April isn't impressive, then you might need to really sit back and reevaluate your athletics knowledge and/or perspective.

You just mad because she would smoke your little sensitive a$$
Yes, impressive and a good way for her to get into great shape, but I think she needs an NCAA team to live with, compete with and train with.....running is not an independent thing like golf. A young athlete needs friends and something to run for besides herself. After NCAA season there is still time for her to point towards trials and Olympics.
Several American runners did 4 yrs. in NCAA competition and then went on to Olympic success.....Frank Shorter, Dave Wottle, Joan Benoit come to mind........
About a month ago I saw her at the new balance indoor nationals and thought she looked a bit heavy. Truth I thought well will take some adjustment time maybe later in the year she can run some decent times.
Either I was wrong in the way she looked or she got fit real fast. Either way good to see this big step forward from her lone indoor race

That's a solid no on Benoit. Bowdoin did not have a women's team when she started. Eventually they had a club team, but she did most of her racing for Liberty AC. She transferred to NC State for a year spent racing Julie Shea every day, then returned to Bowdoin.

Who's hotter? Me or Sydney? Exactly.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
