Ban Kenya!
The truth is that you, El K, and the cheaters are all viewed as jack@sses by the majority that visit here.

That's because the majority here are more interested in threads like 'pitbull vs grown man - who would win?' or 'creepy old guys at the gym', than anything to do with actually saving our sport from doping.

None of you, El K, nor the cheaters are doing anything to save our sport, so get over yourself. Besides, you contribute to plenty of dumb and non-running related threads yourself.
I'm waiting for Canova's response. Will he finally loosen his stance and admit doping is a problem in Kenya? Or still keep defending the majority of athletes.

My sides! “Top Kenyan”? You didn’t even use his name on the thread title because you knew it wouldn’t register. That didn’t happen with the Kiprop or Sumgong threads. Even after fervently googling you only managed to muster a paltry blurb and a blogpost about him at a local event in Kenya. Yet you go on to use him to smear David Rudisha, Eliud Kipchoge and Patrick Sang, who’ve opened their camps and trainings to the benefit of the entire world helping many Western runners keen to improve. You’re nothing but vile scum pushing a racist agenda and I, at this point, wouldn’t be surprised to discover you’re an active member of a hate group. Piss right off.

Coevett is delusional for at least one reason:
He thinks the general public cares about athletics and Kenyan doping. Nope, not at all. Get a grip!

Fixed:
It can be a 5,000m on the Rieti track (neutral meeting point for Coevett -UK and El Keniano - Chelmford, Essex, UK).
Is every Kenyan doping?

A lot more people than those who care what your racist anti-Kenyan takes are. Shame the brojos allow racist posts on here.
ElKeniano, great posts.
Let's keep on eradicating doping from t&f.
Want to clean the sport up? Ban Kenyans for starters.

Shame on you. David Rudisha lost his father, Olympian Daniel Rudisha, a few weeks back. His followers on Twitter understand how much it impacted him. Disrupted his life. Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s put his training on the back burner or abandoned it entirely.
Not a top Kenyan? Unknown?

As for Patrick Sang, Canova and others are on record stating that a coach knows whether his runners are clean or dirty...
EK pops his head up again with the western conspiracy theory. Face the facts EK, PED usage is rampant in Kenya. Spend more of your energy and imagination on cleaning up Kenyan athletics.

This is a tough one, do I believe El Keniano or the IAAF report?
"Kenya’s crème de la crème of distance-running talents were in action on the first of the two-day Kenyan World Championships Trials in Nairobi on Friday.
The second final of the day saw a deep men’s 5,000m field...
Kaptagat-based Cyrus Rutto, the second fastest Kenyan this year over the distance, used a 55-second last lap to take the win in 13:31.5 and qualify for the IAAF World Championships.
"Being sidelined from the team for the Olympics last year was very painful. Today I felt great and I am happy to show that I deserve my place in the National Team," said Ruto, who trains in Kaptagat under coach Patrick Sang."

Why is it such a tough one? (unless you're being sarcastic ?).
The guy wins the *Kenyan WC trials,* makes the final of a WC 5000, has a decent PB of 13:03 and the self-proclaimed Kenyan running expert El K whines that's it's no big deal. LOL.
If an American runner was popped for doping who had won the U.S trials, qualified for a WC final and had a PB of 13:03, Mr. El K would be all over that like flies on sh*t!

And Cyrus is not a top Kenyan so go on and try to find one.
Huh? Have you been living in a cave or something?
Newsflash: Cyrus WON the Kenyan WC trials in 2017. That's big time and prime time in Kenya Nation. I betthe was signing autographs after the race, taking selfies with the youngsters, blowing kisses to the lovely Kenyan ladies, etc. I imagine he was quite a hometown hero after that great victory.
Please make sure you stay current on Kenyan running news before posting nonsense like that. ?

In conclusion: there is no evidence that Rutto has doped. This proves that he is as clean as Paula
Not sure the "clean as..." being used here is a good example.

So in the last 12 months, we have now had one of the top 3 Kenyan men's runners in the 800m, 1500, and 5000 suspended.
Remember though that the ones that are quicker are obviously clean.
