Wow! But is he really coached by Sang? If he is, that just proves epo is available in the remote place known as Kaptagat.
If not there, then Eldoret, which is only half an hour away.

Only a hour an hour away? Well...that must be their direct pipline for doping products. Lol.

Kaptagat is likely the epicenter of Kenyan doping. Perfect location and size. A village 25 km from Eldoret which despite its size has a small hospital.
And yes, both Ruto and Kipchoge are based in Kaptagat and coached by Patrick Sang. They must train together. Kipchoge actually posted on Instagram yesterday a picture of his 'team' training together with the caption 'train as a team, win as a team'. Maybe he should add - 'get busted as a team'?

Hospital, middleman or transfusion depot?

Tell that to the IAAF, once they rule they are not kosher and take away the world record from Kipchoge, then your opinion matters, as of now, it is as good as used toilet paper. Same goes for all the cry babies on the subject.
I just asked Bing "marathon world record."

Who the hell uses bing? I asked google.

Runners World has done a study that EPO increases 5k race times by an average of about 50 seconds. Personally I have reservations of anyone who has run sub 13. Nobody in history did this until the mid 80's and now there are numerous elite runners. I mean, if they are drug free and now go on these PEDS. would they be pushing 12 minutes?

Runners World did a study or reported the findings of a study? And do you have a link for which article? (Runners World has done several articles on EPO studies over the years).
I do not know if Kipchoge cheats but I have 4 questions about him excluding the shoes he wears.
1) It has been reported that multiple training partners of Kipchoge have tested positive for banned performance substances in the past several years.
2) It has also been reported that former training partners have reported that Kipchoge is a few years older than his listed age and that he had lied in the past about his age so he could compete in junior races for runners under 18 years old to get sponsors.
3) Also I read in an article that Kipchoge now runs an entire marathon at a faster pace than he could run a 10K race in his natural prime.
4) Also Kipchoge has not shown any decline that he we have seen in the past from runners in their late 30"s to early 40's.
I am not accusing Kipchoge of anything but if any of the 4 questions are true then we should all have questions or doubts.
I agree with you. As we found out in the late 1990's baseball homerun records that "all of a sudden" got better that Bond's, Sosa & Mcquire were all juicing.
Lance Armstrong wins 7 straight Tour De France with an elaborate system in place where he beats the tests even though he was juicing.
Marion Jones gets busted losing all her medals' years later after it was proved she was juicing at the Olympics.
I like Kipchoge but other runners are using the same shoes and not had those types of increases as they have gotten older as he has
I obviously don't know the answer as does anyone else on this board. But probably this ^^
Similar to Lance and cycling, but also reminds me of the late 90s and baseball. In the rear view mirror, it is obvious all those sluggers and great pitchers were doping, but it's just not easy to see because we don't want to :)
