Salt.
Wow, Uganda wins!
i think Uganda just won the team title as well!
This course is nuts. It destroyed some of the best runners in history (Kamworor, Rhonex Kipruto, Barega, etc.).
Kamworor is a class act. He went to congratulate the 2 Ugandans.

He probably went up and whispered the amount of global titles that he owns.
Uganda - 1, 2, 7, 10, 12. Wow. That's domination.

The post suggesting the Jakob is cycling off drugs and thus ran badly was deleted.
Will this one be, or are we only blocked from discussing Euro runners in this way?
Cheptegei ?? gets a popular win. Happy for him after what happened last time. Kiplimo ?? second . Kam ?? well beaten in third. Uganda ?? have won the team title as well.
Barega ?? and Rhonex ?? are bad at XC.

And now that stupid woman interviewer bugging poor Kamworor
East African distance running is done, this champs proved me right. I'm Coevett and I'm aiming for 5k in sub 25 and know what I'm talking about.
I like the amount of delusion needed to think that all of the first 30 runners are on EPO ?

Don't be an idiot. It is a major sports event. Of course they interview the defending champion after the race. Questions were good since Kamwo's English is obviously so-so.
I can't see how the woman is "stupid" as the questions were totally reasonable.

Where would Sir Mo Farah have finished today?

See above. USA not even top 10. 11th, maybe worse
LetsRun hero Matt Crowe didn't finish. No, he didn't DNF - he was pulled from the course even though he was beating legitimate runners for other teams. Guess they were feared he might get lapped.
Good to see that he's still got a smile on his face.

The two best athletes in the world, Houlihan and Farah, stayed home. Shame.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
