Started taking creatine, and i bought some caffeine pills for raceday. I will pop 2x 200mg pills 1h before every tempo run to test, and i will pop 2x200mg 1h before race on raceday. Considering more but dno.
Also bought beet root which i will start with 10 days before raceday, 1 per day, some studies says it help and i tried it before.
