Given that you accuse everyone on here of being Frank and accused everyone on that thread of being MR, I'm not very persuaded to believe you. Boy who cried wolf scenario, you know.

Didn't see any death threats from briefly glancing over.
Hopefully they’ll expose all my marathons...

Is that a challenge?

I already gave out hints on the “comeback” thread.

Correction, age graded score of 83% for that first split! I would be curious to see other results of his from that time frame, see if he ran anything shorter like a 5k at 6:12 per mile pace...
Looking at the first 5.5-mile splits for a few other runners near him, it seems most averaged about 30 seconds per mile faster than their overall pace. But he averaged a minute-and-a-half faster! I'm also interested in his results from shorter races. No one has found any yet?

Hmmm. Not buying that first split or any of it, frankly. the Boston time I believe 100 percent so YES he can run a marathon.
Ok, venturing a guess: Frank's (alleged) marathon course cutting possibly/probably began in 2007 @ Santa Clarita. Possibly motivated to qualify and then get into the 2008 Boston Marathon to run with a family member. (I can't speak to his triathlons). The course cutting probably looked so easy to him then so he could keep up the coaching cred, his work/personal life. Again, goes to the point: why didn't anyone say anything "officially"? Mind you, I've read posts on here over the past few days going back 5 years that speak of his "alleged" cheating. I can understand his family but nobody either cared enough in his local circle or maybe he was extraordinarily deceptive?
August 10, 2008 he ran the Footloose Charthouse 10k in Mammoth Lakes CA. He ran a 47:39 at 7:40 per mile pace, probably his legitimate running pace for that distance.

I expect it will go private sooner or later...

and then there's this race a month before
no way, no how did he run the first 5.5 miles at a 6:12 pace in Santa Clarita 2007.
Disney Land Half Marathon, Sept 2007
02:00:12
Gun time
02:00:12
Chip time
01:45:40
Some of his 10Ks seem slower than his supposed training runs...
I'm still pissed that this Jesse prick hasn't shown us his results yet he complains about Frank. Sorry, I don't see the difference.
Oh. I see. So, as a 65YO slow old fart, I can't complain about Frank, either? I was unaware of the street/track/trail cred requirement to post on LR. I don't see anyone else posting their elite/sub-elite times, polishing their nails, like morans. Give the guy a break. The thread is about the cheater, and shouldn't be anything more.

Looks like he ran a 20:25 5K in 2016, a very good time for his age I was curious how he could have cheated in a 5K, so I pulled up the course map:

Ironically, it seems he didn't cheat nearly enough at this race for it to be believable. A 2:53 marathoner is capable of much faster than a 20:25 5k. This was just a marathon-pace training run for him (or practice for future "runs").
