Wow, 3-5 twice is very very easy. I guess doing my 2-3 in the morning or around lunch isn't bad at all since it doesn't cut into my afternoons at all after my classes or cut into my workouts.
I've definitely felt stronger aerobically during my workouts if i truly took those 2 miles or so doubles at a very easy pace. It was really interesting to see the BYU runner did the same too and had great results. If it isn't broken don't fix it? I think ill just keep doing it then and getting stronger each week or so.
Almost like a fun way to kill time sometimes too, like you're bored, had a good day and you kind feel like, ya know, why don't I go out for a few easy easy miles?
