It seems that when i accelerated and ran at a faster pace, my upper leg muscles were contributor to force of running actions, my calf muscles were dormant.
Also, my lower leg muscles (below knee cap/ calf muscles) tend to be more easily tired.
Even i have run for short time, still my lower leg muscles inevitably grew soreness and getting injuried some times.
Do i need to strengthen my lower leg muscles to strike my balance between femur muscles and tibia muscles?
I was a cyclist one year before but never rode later. even couple of months of training cant get me to acclimatization. However, specific execrise on those muscles really alleviate a little bit of these problems.
What is the real reason behind this?
