This went exactly where most knew. Now this guy is going to start a business to build the wall with the typical shady characters Erik Prince, Kris Kobach, and David Clarke. I bet they create a handful of millionaires and don’t build any wall.
^This.
It's only a matter of time until lawsuits claiming misappropriation of funds start flying.
Never gonna happen.....um.......
This thread aged well... As do most Trump-related things...
The wall still needs to be built. This gives us more incentive to vote TRUMP in 2020. He's the only one with the balls to do it.

He had four years to do it, and he failed. We shouldn't be rewarding incompetence.
And we're still waiting for Mexico to fork over the $ right?! 'Cause who's gonna pay for it!?!?! We are!!!

Most Trump fans are usually corn farmers in Iowa or dairy farmers in Wisconsin or a few north easterners who are too young to really know anything about the real Donald Trump. Do you live on a hobby farm in south Jersey? If you were really from upstate New Jersey you would know people who are still trying to get money Donald Trump owes.

Actually you need bricks and mortar to do it. Balls tend to just roll away - going downhill quickly - a bit like Trump in fact..
stop funding racism. we do NOT have an immigrant problem, we have a white supremacist problem.
There are over 20 million illegal immigrants in this country.............

Seems like you're making up your "facts". FAIR, which is an anti-immigrant group with ties to white supremacists, says 14 million as of 2019, with projections that the number will continue to rise.
But if you feel that illegal immigration is a significant problem, the bigger question is why would you support someone who said he would fix the problem, and for four years has failed to do so? Why would you support someone who has only made the problem bigger? Is someone who has already proven to be ineffective if not incompetent at solving problems worth supporting? To me, the answers to those questions are pretty clear.
Re: the number of illegal immigrants in the US, here's what I suspect to be a more accurate take as compared to FAIR:
As of January 1, 2015, there were 11.96 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. The most recent Pew Research estimate puts the total number of unauthorized immigrants at 10.5 million in 2017. Overall, this represents a minority of the foreign-born population, which in 2017 numbered 44.5 million—45% of whom are naturalized citizens, and 27% of whom are lawful permanent residents.
While anti-immigrant groups maintain that the flow of illegal immigrants has increased, estimates show that over a longer period the number of undocumented immigrants has declined, from 12.2 million in 2005 to 10.5 million in 2017 according to Pew’s estimates. DHS figures don’t go beyond 2015, but they estimate that the population of undocumented immigrants increased by 70,000 people per year between 2010 and 2015, compared to increases of 470,000 per year between 2000 and 2007.
But this doesn't change the bigger point, which is that 4 years of Trump hasn't reduced illegal immigration. It was one of his bedrock campaign promises and he's absolutely failed to fulfill it. Remember when he said he was going to send them all home? Just another lie to get people to vote for him.
"The paper, led by Mohammad M. Fazel-Zarandi, a researcher at Yale and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, estimates there are 22.1 million undocumented immigrants in the United States.
Fazel-Zarandi's study compared inflows and outflows of immigrants as well as demographic data. According to the report, the number of undocumented immigrants could be as low as 16.5 million, or as high as 29.1 million."

So even you would have to admit that Trump has absolutely failed when it comes to illegal immigration. Consider where he started before he was elected:
Trump's campaign began with a promise to build a wall across the United States’ southern border and deport the country’s 11 million undocumented immigrants.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/full-list-donald-trump-s-rapidly-changing-policy-positions-n547801He's built a total of 3 miles of new wall and, if your numbers are correct, the total number of people here illegally has almost doubled while Trump has been in the White House. Personally, I don't think that illegal immigration is as big an issue as the politicians make it out to be, but if you do think it's a big issue, why vote for someone who has had four years to do something about and has only made it worse?

3 miles in 3.5 years. Trump is quite the builder.

Trump can't cover a mile in less than a year. Seems about right for a guy who has to use a golf cart to get around ... even inside the White House.

But he reduced the number of illegal immigrants by marrying one of them.
Wait, that's not all. He did even more by allowing her sister and her parents to become citizens. That's at least four people who are no longer illegal thanks to our great president! We are winning so bigly!
So now you are criticizing Trump for not deporting enough? So which is it - is illegal immigration good or bad? You are confused.
The numbers didn't double in a few years. The study shows the number of illegals always been significantly higher than reported. Pretty much every other count of illegal immigrants is based on people self reporting their presences in the USA. That's extremely inaccurate because if you are here illegally, you don't want to tell people.
