12/9: 28.6 mile long run in Flag at 5:57 per mile pace
12/10: 44 mile day in the Grand Canyon with Coconino Cowboyz
12/13: 2 x 3 mile at 5:04 pace and 4:59 pace, 2 x 1 mile at 4:48 in Camp Verde
