Lol. You ...are...SO FULL OF $HIT it's coming out your ears.
Everything you wrote above is completely unsubstantiated dog$hit.
The longest lived people on the planet eat high carb, or fairly high carb, NOT low carb. Period. The high majority of the best athletes in the world, including master's athletes eat high carb. (some may eat lower carb, I never said that's impossible for it to work for some).
If you are active, and eat whole grains/legumes/potatoes/fruit/veggies, you can easily eat a healthful high carb diet your whole life and not burn out/beat your "liver and pancreas." What utter BS.
The so-called blue-zones, where people from several different spots on the globe live long healthy lives into their late 90's and beyond, most of their diets are: " mostly vegetarian/mostly plants, especially beans. And eat meat rarely, in small portions of 3 to 4 ounces. Blue Zoners eat portions this size just five times a month, on average." Lots of potatoes, fruit, and whole grains too. Mostly high carb, definitely NOT "low carb" or keto-BS.
The okinawans ate a 90% carb traditional diet. Longest lived people on the planet. The tarahumara, famous for their low levels of heart disease and long distance running prowess, ate a 90% carb diet consisting of mostly beans, corn, and veggies.
And look what they found out last year:
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/03/18/south-american-tribe-found-have-healthiest-hearts-ever-studied/"The Tsimane diet largely consists of non-processed carbohydrates high in fibre, such as rice, plantain, manioc, corn, nuts and fruits.
An estimated 14% of their average caloric diet is protein, 14% is fat, and 72% is carbohydrate
Scientists who examined hundreds of men and women from the group found that almost nine out of 10 had clear arteries showing no risk of heart disease.
Even in old age most remained in astonishingly good health.
They have the lowest reported levels of coronary artery disease of any population recorded to date.
"
But, but, but.......
But sure, despite allllll that evidence, we should believe pseudo-expert anonymous YMMV that eating a high carb diet is dangerous, unhealthy, and should be avoided at all costs. Too funny.
Give it rest fad diet dude.
