right, and he said that on a podcast
Sorry, here is the exact quote - "Never have lives less lived been more chronicled".
East Texas has 2 things in abundance: Great football players (Earl Campbell, Adrian Peterson, Johnny Manziel, Mahomes) and religious crazies. Ms. Matthews was so certain her step father went straight to heaven she didn’t consider his dying a somber event.
When a young mother named Deanna Laney bashed her children’s heads in with a large rock, she claimed that she needed to hurry up and get them to heaven because they were going to get corrupted on earth.
Her attorneys wanted to raise an insanity defense, so they had to change the location of her trial.
They figured a jury of East Texans would not think what she did was crazy.
Who is this person and why should I care and who is Patrick Mahomes and why do you all follow his girlfriend on social media?

Egads. An entire generation of this, wasted.
Exactly this. Whatever happened to: "Please respect our privacy in this difficult time".
Johnny Manziel is not a great football player, not even an adequate one at the NFL level.
As someone who grew up without social media her post is disgusting. The use of exclamation marks is moranic and the tone makes it sound as if it was a great day for her. However, as some of the posters pointed out, people deal with grief in different ways, so OK, but her father-in-law was not a celebrity and it should have been handled privately.

Did you see photo #2 and #3. See them for yourself? Photo 2 blows my mind. Someone took a picture of her watching her stepdad be worked on in the operating room and she decided to post that. I don't get it. It's not about her. It's about him and he is deceased.
Here are the 2nd and 3rd photos from her Instagram if you click on the arrow button on the first photo.

Emergency department, not the operating room.
Today I learned that Patrick Mahomes' pitbull is more marketable than I am. I need to adjust my goals.
People will complain about anything.

lol Johnny Manziel? He's one of the biggest flops of my lifetime from the NCAA to NFL transition.

The only reason Manziel was a flop in the NFL was because of the expectations created by his college play - if he was middling in college no one would noticed his dumpster fire of a NFL career. So the statement was true, he was a great football player just one without the discipline to succeed at the next level.
My mom videotaped my dad’s funeral, which seemed undignified at first, but then everyone wanted a copy. Because no one saw him die, and that’s all we had.

I was about to respond 'give this girl a break' without looking at the pics; however, just before hitting the submit button, I decided to take a look at the pics and I think this girl is strange to say the least.

Thanks for the hot take, Skip. We really needed to read that here at LRC...
Maybe it was a great day

You’re a moron and you don’t work in an ER because if you did you would know it’s a big fat HIPAA violation to post anything from within the ED.
